Military

Having the right equipment at the right place in the hands of the right person or people can revolutionise combat casualty care. For military personnel injured on the battlefield, a rapid response is critical for saving life or limb.

Supporting clinicians in military or war zones

From a field hospital in a combat area, a military doctor sends X-rays of a gunshot injury, via Bleepa, to a consultant radiologist thousands of miles away. Within minutes, the radiologist has assessed the internal injuries and replied with detailed guidance. With Bleepa, case discussion is both fast and effective.

Bridging the gap between scanner and specialist

With the addition of Bleepa Box, clinicians can send high-quality images, from any remote location, for immediate display on a DICOM compliant system or smartphone. Bleepa Box is a small tablet device that connects to imaging machines in order to securely push images to Bleepa from remote locations.

Simply connect the box to your X-ray machine, or other imaging equipment, and push the image from the box to the cloud over a mobile network. You can then use the Bleepa app to view the image and discuss the case with the relevant specialist; all whilst with the patient.

With wireless and encrypted image transfer and Bleepa’s cloud PACS server for storage, every scan is safe and secure.
