Who we are
Feedback Medical is focused on driving better outcomes for clinicians and patients. We produce innovative technology that enhances clinical communication, accessing and storing medical information. Our vision is realised in Bleepa, our flagship product that is changing the way that clinicians discuss patient cases, access information such as medical images and even where they can work from.
We have around 20 years’ experience in the medical imaging sector and work with customers globally from our headquarters in London, UK. Our products originate from developments by professionals working in real-life medical environments and have been advanced in close cooperation with clinicians, researchers, radiologists and healthcare IT specialists to ensure user confidence and relevance in today’s medical world.
Quality
At Feedback Medical we ensure our products and processes are of a high standard and comply with the laws and regulations of the medical device industry.
We produce and manufacture our products within an ISO 13485 Quality Management System (QMS). This certification was recently updated to the latest 2016 version of the standard. Our QMS incorporates the UK requirements for medical
device manufacture as well as the needs of U.S Medical Device regulation (21 CFR 820). We have the capability to produce medical image analysis software products that satisfy the needs of 21 CFR 11 and HIPAA.
Bleepa has been extremely helpful in order to manage referrals. Not only does Bleepa make things easier, it also brings about good accountability and handover between registrars and consultants. There is also scope for evidence of patients seen as well.”
